iBET Terms & Refund

iBET Terms, Cancellation & Refund Policy

The iBET Terms, Cancellation and Refund Policy shall be binding between the Indo-Foreign Business Council (“IFBC”) and the registered participants (“Delegates” or “Participants” or “Customers”) of the India Business Exchange & Trade program (iBET).

I. The Program

To render hi-power networking and greater emphasis, IFBC provides its services to only limited delegates/participants/customers. Its service, the India Business Exchange and Trade (iBET), strives to generate increased efficiency by adopting a limited delegation of participants. The iBET program has two distinct sessions viz.,

 

1. Conference & Ceremony – open and free to all participants

2. International B2B – pre-paid delegation

 

By choosing to avail the pre-paid International B2B of iBET program, the delegate shall receive a focused set of services in line with the main outcome of the iBET program i.e., generating increased collaborations and partnerships among the SMEs. These set of services include but are not limited to:

 

1.   Exclusive training to make 30-seconds time bound business pitch

2.   A comprehensive delegate rosters

3.   Translation services for bridging language barriers

4.   Other connected services to generate matchmaking and networking among the delegates

II. Program Fee and Payment Modes

The iBET program is chargeable only for the international B2B session. Based on the current organization policies, the program fee is fixed by the conference committee year on year.

 

The fee structure differs for members and non-members and sometimes, early bird offer may be applicable. Furthermore, we urge the Indian delegates to use Indian payment methods only and the non-Indian delegates to use PayPal only.

 

We would like to keep you informed that the 3rdpayment gateway convenience fee might be charged additionally to the delegation fee.

III. Registrations, Cancellation and Refund

1.    iBET program strives to improve the success rate of its events and hence, does not allow for open registrations for its iBET program

2.    Conference and ceremony registrations will be open till the end of the first day and hence there is no cancellation and refund policy applicability

3.    Prepaid International B2B registrations are closed 10 days ahead of the conference date strictly

4.    Payment made towards prepaid International B2B networking session is subject to cancellation and refund as below for both members and non-members,

a.   All cancellation and refund requests must be emailed to refund@ifbconline.orgwith registrant Name, registered Email ID, transaction reference number, bank account with bank name & IFBS Code, no. of registrations and with a subject line of “Registration Cancellation Request”

b.   Early bird fee

                                             i.     If cancellation is done within 72 hours of registration, the delegate will get full refund of the fee paid barring transaction fee

                                            ii.     If cancellation is done after 72 hours but within 1 week (7 calendar days) of registration, the delegate will get 70% refund of the fee paid barring transaction fee

                                          iii.     If cancellation is done after 1 week (7 calendar days) of registration, there will be no refund

c.    Regular fee

                                             i.     If cancellation is done within 72 hours of registration, the delegate will get 90% refund of the fee paid barring transaction fee

                                            ii.     If cancellation is done after 72 hours but within 1 week (7 calendar days) of registration, the delegate will get 50% refund of the fee paid barring transaction fee

                                          iii.     If cancellation is done after 1 week (7 calendar days) of registration, there will be no refund

d.   Others & Exceptions

                                             i.     No refund can be claimed after the registration closes

                                            ii.     Any intermediary expenses such as 3rdparty payment gateway fee, convenience fee, surcharges, additional taxes, other applicable charges, etc. are over and above the program fee that are outside the scope of iBET and IFBC

                                          iii.     In case of cancellation of the program by IFBC by itself, all delegates will get full refund of the fee paid barring transaction fee

 

IV. Shipping & Delivery

As iBET is a virtual program, there is no shipping and delivery of any form of physical product involved. Attending virtual conference, ceremony and international B2B networking sessions is the responsibility of the delegate and the program participants. In case of absence or late login or assigning a proxy, the total liability is on the registered delegate or program participant.

 

IFBC and iBET cannot take responsibility in any form of non-deliverance and any form of claim except under clause III., 4., c., iii scenario. Any query outside the scope of the terms, cancellation and refund must be addressed to hello@ifbconline.org.
